Jonathan B. Wood, AAS, BS, NREMT-P I/C
Jonathan Wood is a 16-year veteran of the EMS field with experience from many varied areas of the United States. Jonathan holds an Associates degree in Paramedic Technology from Itawamba Community College and a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Mississippi with years of experience as a biologist prior to dedicating his enthusiasm to the pre-hospital emergency care field.
Currently Jonathan is a involved in EMS field operations, EMS education for West Tennessee Healthcare, Adjunct Faculty at Jackson State Community College as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee EMS Educators Association, Tennessee Association of EMS Professionals, and Chi Psi National Fraternity. Jon is also an instructor coordinator for numerous American Heart Association, National Association of EMT, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Geriatrics, and Basic Trauma Life Support International courses.
