Phil Sanderson, NREMT-P IC, BS, MHA is a founding member of the Paragon Education Group
He is the Manager of EMS Operations for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Systems at Methodist University Hospital ED- Memphis, TN, Adjunct Faculty for Jackson State Community College, and a Field Educator for Vidacare. Phil is the current President of the Tennessee EMS Educators Association, serving on multiple state and local EMS committees. Phil is a nineteen year veteran in the field of EMS, whose educational background consists of a Paramedic licensed in the state of Tennessee, Associates of Applied Science, Bachelors of Science in Management, and Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration.
Phil is a presenter on a variety of topics at both EMS and Nursing conferences. Phil teaches a mixture of healthcare providers ranging from EMTs, Paramedic’s, nursing, as well as Physicians and holds instructor coordinator certifications from the American Heart Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Geriatrics, and the National Association of EMT.
